1 – Change or Cancel
 
All of our products are custom made. If you would like to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for any false information if you do not provide it to us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order has been packed and cannot be modified. Buyer assumes all risk of choosing the wrong style and size when making a purchase, and will not accept returns or refunds in this case.
 
Lost order
 
If an order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement order to you at our expense. You will be provided with a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivery.
 
Error in missing address or wrong shipping address
 
If there is any mistake in missing address or you give us wrong shipping address resulting in failed delivery and return to us, please contact us and we will solve the problem for you.
 
2 – Return or replacement policy
 
All products go through quality control checks before being sent to you – read below, though, just in case!
 
If the product encounters one of the problems below when you open the package, let us know by taking a photo and emailing us directly with your order number.
 
+ The print is not clear.
 
+ Package delivered does not match the order.
 
+ Damage caused by transportation: torn, dirty…
 
+ Ordered goods are not the right size, color, style compared to the order.
 
+ Other errors caused by us…
 
If the product you received has any of the above problems, please contact us via email or website with a picture of the error and your order number. We will refund or replace an item once the issue is verified to be correct.
 
Note: * Returns are only accepted when the product has not been used or washed and is in the same condition as when you received it.
 
*  We will not take any responsibility for the size if we follow your request. In case of shipping the wrong size compared to the order we will follow the above policy.
 
3 – Refund Policy
 
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original payment method you used to place your order. Since the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the way it was received. Reversing a payment this way is the fastest and safest way to get your refund on its way back to you.
 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
 
* Refund Issues:  Here are some reasons why you will get a full refund:
Duplicate order, we will cancel and refund you.
Your item(s) not received within 30 days or you receive a damaged/defective item (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will deal with orders first replacement and you do not need to return the item(s). But if you still want a refund, we will process the store credit or issue a refund once we receive the returned item(s) from you.

* How to return your item(s)?
 
Step 1: How to return?
 
– Returns must be returned to us within 30 days (???) of the date your package was delivered.
 
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, intact, unused and unwashed or damaged in any other way. All original tags sewn on or hung must remain intact.
 
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item(s).
 
Step 2: Our testing process.
 
– Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund as quickly as possible. Check processing will take some time to compare and discuss with our partner.
 
Your refund will then be processed. Processing will take 3-5  business days after we release them.
 
– If you have not received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. Maybe lost one
